سياسة الخصوصية
يحترم مكتب حسن عبدالله الخوري للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية خصوصية زوار الموقع. صُممت معالجة البيانات في الموقع على أساس تقليل البيانات إلى الحد اللازم للغرض من التواصل.
البيانات التي نجمعها
عند استخدام نموذج التواصل الأولي نطلب الاسم ووسيلة التواصل المفضلة وبيانات الاتصال وموضوعاً عاماً، مع إمكانية إدخال ملاحظة مختصرة غير حساسة. لا يطلب النموذج العام رفع مستندات أو إدخال أرقام هوية أو تفاصيل صحية أو جنائية أو أسرية أو غيرها من البيانات شديدة الحساسية.
الغرض من الاستخدام
تستخدم بيانات التواصل لترتيب الاتصال والرد على الطلب الأولي فقط، ولا يعد إرسال النموذج قبولاً للمهمة أو إنشاءً لعلاقة محامٍ وموكل.
الأساس القانوني والحقوق
نعالج البيانات في ضوء قانون دولة قطر رقم (13) لسنة 2016 بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية وما ينطبق من متطلبات تنظيمية. ويمكن لصاحب البيانات أن يطلب الوصول إلى بياناته أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها في الحدود التي يقررها القانون وتنطبق على الحالة.
الاحتفاظ والأمان
يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات التواصل للمدة اللازمة للغرض المشروع من التواصل والمتابعة، مع تطبيق ضوابط تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة. لا تتضمن سجلات الأخطاء كلمات المرور أو محتوى الاستشارات. ولا يتم تضمين أسرار أو مفاتيح تشغيل في واجهة الموقع.
ملفات الارتباط والتحليلات
لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات ارتباط إعلانية أو أدوات تتبع سلوكي. ويستخدم قياساً أولياً من الطرف الأول دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط لحساب أعداد الزيارات واستخدام بعض المزايا بصورة مجمعة، دون إنشاء ملف سلوكي للزائر. وإذا أضيفت مستقبلاً أدوات تحليل خارجية أو تقنيات تتطلب موافقة أو خيارات تحكم للمستخدم فسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة وإضافة التحكم المناسب قبل تفعيلها.

طلبات المواعيد
إذا استخدمت نموذج طلب الموعد، تتم معالجة الاسم وبيانات الاتصال ونوع الموعد والتاريخ والوقت المفضل وموضوع عام بغرض ترتيب الموعد. لا يعتبر إرسال الطلب تأكيداً للموعد.
حماية من الإساءة
لحماية النماذج والخدمات من الإساءة قد تعالج المنصة مؤقتاً معرفاً مجزأً مشتقاً من عنوان الشبكة لأغراض تحديد المعدل والأمان فقط، دون استخدامه لإنشاء ملف سلوكي أو إعلاني.

Data we collect
The initial contact form asks for your name, preferred contact method, contact details and a general topic, with an optional short non-sensitive note. The public form does not request document uploads, ID numbers, health, criminal, family or other highly sensitive details.
Purpose
Contact data is used only to arrange and respond to initial contact. Submitting the form does not create a lawyer-client relationship or confirm acceptance of a matter.
Legal framework and rights
We process personal data with regard to Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy and other requirements that apply. A data subject may request access, correction, deletion or object to processing to the extent such rights apply under law and to the specific circumstances.
Retention and security
Contact data is retained only for as long as needed for the legitimate purpose of communication and follow-up, subject to appropriate technical and organisational measures. Error logs are designed not to contain passwords or consultation content, and operational secrets are not exposed in the website frontend.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. It uses first-party, cookie-free measurement to count visits and selected feature use in aggregate without building a behavioural profile. If third-party analytics or other technologies requiring consent or user controls are introduced later, this notice will be updated and the appropriate controls added before activation.

If you use the appointment form, the site processes your name, contact details, meeting type, preferred date/time and a general topic in order to arrange the appointment. Submission is not appointment confirmation.
Abuse protection
To protect forms and services from abuse, the platform may temporarily process a hashed identifier derived from the network address solely for rate limiting and security, not to build an advertising or behavioural profile.
